The 3 port TOSLINK switch allows you to connect one source to a choice of 3 outputs, or connect one of 3 sources to 1 output, it is a mechanical operated operated switch and can be used in either direction, 1x3 or 3x1. Typical uses connecting up to 3 items of equipment to a surround system or connecting 1 item of equipment to 3 different sound systems.
